No-Bake Quick Swiss
Preparation Steps

125ml whipping cream
500g sour milk ('M-dessert' variety from Migros, or similar thickened yogurt/quark product)
1 tbsp sugar
1 vanilla bean (scraped)
Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold the sour milk/yogurt, sugar, and scraped vanilla bean into the whipped cream. Put the cream mixture in the fridge.

5-8 cookies (e.g. Petit Beurre)
Crumble the cookies by hand and distribute them evenly at the bottom of the serving glasses. Top the cookie layer with one layer of the prepared cream.

2-3 cups fruit (blueberries, mango, rhubarb, ...)
Add one layer of fresh or prepared fruit (blueberries, mango, rhubarb, etc.). Cover the fruit layer with another layer of the prepared cream.

Mint leaves/crushed hazelnuts/more fruit/cereal (for garnish)
Add a final layer of garnish (Mint leaves, crushed hazelnuts, more fruit, or cereal) to decorate. The dessert can be easily prepared in advance and kept cool in the fridge to serve later.
