Preparation Steps

  • 1 bread (e.g., baguette)
Cut the bread into 1-2 cm slices.

  • 50 g butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chives or other herbs
Cut the garlic using a garlic press. Mix together the butter, crushed garlic, salt, and herbs. Generously butter the bread slices with the mixture. Bake at 180°C for 5–10 minutes until golden brown.
